optimize loading of AbioTrans webserver

Currently, it takes around 3 to 4 minutes to load our webserver hosted at http://combio-sifbi.org/ABioTrans/ which can be improved by changing the shiny-server configurations. Maybe removing the automatic timeout will resolve this issue.

Hey @tasbihaasim, Please go ahead. You will need to set up a shiny server locally to test it out. We won't have those configuration files in Github right now. Once when you get something, you can tell us your findings here itself.
