Documentation for automated script

Hi, thanks for producing this tool. I'm lookin to run this in an automated fashion so I can add it to my personal new workstation script.

I see that there is ability to run at least some of the scripts "ON-THE-FLY" in the menus, but how do I run the entire tool with my selections using an exported ".tiw1" config file?

Would greatly appreciate some insight, as cannot find any details.
