The List of Programs to Backup is Empty

I ran CloneApp as Admin and can't get any apps to show up after a scan. Both Select All and Select Installed show zero applications detected. CloneApp empty I don't see any scan function. Thanks!

I've the same problem, nothing happens, none app list appears. Do I have to download plug-in from any folder? (The folder of plug-in has only two text files) Note: I'm using Windows 7 (64)
