Could not connect to target on OSX

Hello, I installed the pip libray, it seems to run, however I noticed that if I want to connect, the Could not connect to target exception occurs, I hooked up the stlinkv2 with an old nrf51 I want to repurpose that I also think is locked, but I havent gone any further
