Please add support for timezones for Scheduled Builds cron spec

We're based in Sydney and only want to make hourly builds during our business hours, I can't however work out how this can be done. My current spec of "25 0-8,22-23 * * 0-5" results in builds on our Sunday afternoons and Saturday mornings.
