Filter builds by status from webui

Would be nice if i could filter this page https://buildkite.com/builds for builds that have failed

Technically, you can! We don’t have a UI control for it yet, but adding ?state=failed will filter it.

May we ask for UI controller for it? I think users would find it super useful. In general - it would be nice to extend the filtering UI controllers so the filtering won't be secret URL features
