Gitlab support for "Merge Request" vs normal "Push"

At this moment the Gitlab integration doesn't know if the push in a branch belongs or not to a PR therefore it's running the pipeline every time a push to any brach is done.

@rborn thanks for submitting! Upping our GitLab integration has been on the radar for a while now. Hopefully we can find some time to sink into this soon!
