Feature Request: Log section elapsed time next to the Spinner

There is no way to know how long a log section has been running for until it has complete. It would be nice to have the elapsed time next to the spinner.

Granted if you do not have any parallel tasks you can just use the total time, but with parallel steps this is insufficient as one step may be waiting a long time for its agents to be ready.

Hey @therealbnut, I actually had it this why when I built the timing! The issue came down to the timers going over. We refresh that data every 5-10 seconds. So if you were watching the timer, it'd go over for a few seconds, then when we got the data in, it'd jump back down. It felt a bit janky.

Since then we've refactored how those times are stored and sent from the agent, putting us in a position to start sending websocket events on that data, which means we may be able to make them more close to the real numbers. We'll take a look!
