Add info on terminal code block annotation limits

A limit has been applied when rendering terminal code blocks in annotation and this info should be available to all our users. Changes applied in this PR.

I missed this PR sorry, @lizrabuya! I saw another (#2551) that adds the same information. I think it would be best to close this one and merge the other one. Let me know if I've interpreted them wrong. 😊
