Feature Request: Release container image

It would be very helpful if the container image from the Dockerfile and Dockerfile.lambda would be released on a public registry (https://hub.docker.com/u/buildkite)

I recently made it push to AWS Public ECR over at https://gallery.ecr.aws/buildkite/agent-metrics. Should we aim to include more public registries?
