Dowload artifacts support

It is not possible to download artifacts when we use this plugin. Consider to add an option to pull down artifacts

Should a decision be made as to whether we should use that plugin (meaning this ticket should be closed) or whether the ability to download artifacts should indeed be also added to the docker-compose plugin?

The artifacts buildkite plugin has been widely used since this issue was reported and, when that is not enough, the buildkite agent can be mounted with an option to download artifacts if/when necessary. Feel free to re-open the issue if it is something specific that you'd want to see improved on this regards
