Add Android install instructions.
Coverage decreased (-0.06%) to 93.256% when pulling bd979f8a415df81055d2d32ad3a3c61e626b1d9b on mitchtbaum:patch-1 into 42ad4ad5eabbe6e6872d2b6f4c459475e4051304 on buildinspace:master.
It might not be within scope for the peru README to instruct people how to install Python itself. Presumably different people on different modified versions of Android (is Cyanogenmod still around?) should use different install methods? What do you think?
Incidentally, it looks like our CI might not support Python 3.3 anymore. It might be time to remove those tests, whether or not we're ready to land the larger forward leap in https://github.com/buildinspace/peru/pull/194.

As far as my research goes, Termux is as good as it gets for Android, and it's very good. How's this for penetration? Termux turns Android into a Linux development environment, via opensource.com, and on Google's Play Store, Termux has a 5 star rating from 16,834 reviewers.
Apologies for leaving this without a resolution. Do you know of any other projects that have documented similar things, so that I could make a comparison? I'm a little wary of documenting a procedure that I've never actually done myself, where I don't know how it actually works.
