4.1.4.1.4 Spatial Composition does not cover CompositionType for facility parts

CompositionType allows a spatial element to be decomposed into another element of the same class. For example, IfcBridgePart[COMPLEX] -> IfcBridgePart[ELEMENT]. However, this combination is not listed for the newer IfcFacilityPart subclasses in chapter 4.1.4.1.4 Spatial Composition. (it is correctly listed for IfcSite, IfcBuilding, IfcSpace, etc)
