HTML Documentation and assignment of RV (mismatch between IFC4 RV and IFC4.3 RV)

Current documentation shows for each entity their usage by ConceptTemplates assigned to RV and AbRV. When comparing with IFC4 RV it for instance shows that IfcStructuralAnalysisModel is now part of IFC4.3 RV, whereas all structural analysis related definitions have been excluded from IFC4 RV. Are these entities just added due to the fact of being a subtype of something used in RV ConceptTemplate or was it on purpose to extend the scope of RV?
