The LifeCyclePhase occurs once as a property in Pset_EnvironmentalImpactIndicators (https://ifc43-docs.standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4x3/HTML/lexical/Pset_EnvironmentalImpactIndicators.htm), taking ENUM as its value. image

and also as an attribute on IfcPerformanceHistory (https://ifc43-docs.standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4x3/HTML/lexical/IfcPerformanceHistory.htm) taking IfcLabel as value and having completely different suggested values (and meaning).
