Figure 6.1.3.35.F and Figure 6.1.3.41.J show deprecated elements

The Figure 6.1.3.35.F and Figure 6.1.3.41.J show IfcWallElementedCase and IfcSlabElementedCase. Both are deprecated and should not be used in the pictures to explain Element Decomposition of IfcWall and IfcSlab.

I remember discussing this with @Moult I think the line of reasoning was that these images are still applicable except for the usage of the deprecated entities. And are very illustrative at doing so. I see two options:

• Quickly paint over the images to remove the -ElementCase (we don't have the resources to recreate them I assume)
• Add a quick note in the image caption that, going forward, to explain that the element to be instantiate is IfcWall/Slab without the ElementedCase.

+1 for "Quickly paint over the images to remove the -ElementCase (we don't have the resources to recreate them I assume)" - I also do not have the original files for these two figures

but we should modify them, since the elemented case classes are not only deprecated but actually removed
