Empty material style templates

The following templates are all empty (in current and older versions of the spec)

Maybe this is connected:

In https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4_3/lexical/IfcStyledItem.htm a data type "IfcStyleAssignmentSelect" is mentioned to assign styles. But it does not exist in the schema IFC4X3 final.

Has IFCPRESENTATIONSTYLEASSIGNMENT been forgotten to add in IFC4X3?

@ifcquery I don't think it's related, but it is an issue I was not aware of, so thanks for bringing it up.

It's a change made between RC2 and RC3
