IfcComplexProperty is deprecated but IfcPhysicalComplexQuantity isn't - should it be?

Proposal: also deprecate IfcPhysicalComplexQuantity. I don't see why it should be treated differently to IfcComplexProperty.

-1 for the same reason, why not deprecate IfcComplexProperty - it is used in certified IFC4 Reference View
