Is Pset_SpaceFireSafetyRequirements applicability to IfcSpatialElement correct?

Description says:

Properties related to fire protection of spaces that apply to the occurrences of IfcSpace or IfcZone.

In addition to space and zone, it applies to IfcSpatialElement. Right? Wrong?
