Mistake in `IfcSIPrefix` documentation

Hello, I saw a little mistake and apparently some missing values in IfcSIPrefix documentation: image Milli mistake was also in previous version but missing values not: https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4/ADD2_TC1/HTML/link/ifcsiprefix.htm
