CameraViewPoint is ambiguous , especially when there are multiple IFC files

If I've understood correctly (and I am not sure since I haven't seen it explicitly mentioned), CameraViewPoint is relative to the origin of an IFC file.

However, each Markup can refer to multiple IFC files. When that is the case, which IFC file should be used as the reference?
