let's get this in Ansible so that it can be re-created if necessary.

Couple of notes:

• Runs postfix and Apache.
• Runs "custom" mailman that uses postfix instead of the default (sendmail?). This can be done using poudriere to do a rebuild with the right option set so pkg can install it instead of needing ports.
