Background color change is invisible when hovering over an Inlet submenu if the background is white in the App

Observed behavior

Menu is partially transparent and everything looks fine on the dark background, but not fine on the white background

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enroll
  2. Create an Outlet
  3. Invite another account or yourself
  4. Accept the invitation which will create the Inlet
  5. Hover over Inlet submenu

Expected behavior

Hovering over submenu items should be visually noticable
