Fix tray icon menu disappearing animation in the App

Observed behavior

After clicking on the tray icon, menu appears but then immediately disappears

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on Ockam tray icon, the menu appears
2. Click on more time, it disappears (with a dissolve animation or something)
3. Immediately after the animation completed, click the icon again
4. Menu appears, but then immediately disappears on its own

Expected behavior

The menu should appear and stay visible under we click on the menu or elsewhere again
