Long story short: We use the feature "album by MusicBrainz ID" of TheAudioDb. That feature became paid-only (patreon only) a few years ago. In short: Album details are not loaded...
Tested with v2.10.4, where it didn't load _any_ biography at all. Do you have a specific album/artist to test on? TheAudioDb in MediaElch simply doesn't work any longer. :-/
