is not possible install this packge in Windows phone 8.1.

Check out https://github.com/step-up-labs/firebase-database-dotnet it support WP8.1 & Windows 8.1 and UWP

What is the reason not to support WP8.1? As I can see, Firesharp depends only on MS http client library and Newtonsoft json
