Playlist feature and idea

We are about to update **JUGNU-MUSIC** soon, might convert the code to `typescript` soon but not confirmed, going to re-create a config so user's can customize messages, embeds, configurations, etc....

The remove function doesn't work.

There might be a bug with this but we will fix it asap!

Currently youtube isn't allowing to play music of their platform on any platforms without permissions but we will try our best to find a solution for this.
