New library @bugsnag/plugin-hono

I have noticed that there is no library similar to @bugsnag/plugin-express designed for hono

Describe the solution you'd like I would like a library that provides similar integration with hono as @bugsnag/plugin-express and express.js

Additional context As hono continues to grow in popularity, I believe the development of such a library would be highly beneficial to the wider community.

Hono has ~400K downloads per month as of now
