Using links as selected tiddler names

At present when copying a tiddler it is necessary to either type the name of a tiddler, or highlight some text (which is taken to be a tiddler name).

If the mouse is over a link and a clipaction is started, then use the link as a tiddler name. This is much easier as tiddlers are often 'linked'.
