Bug: The tiddlywiki file is saved as "txt" file

My Chrome version is 78.0.3904.70 (Official Build) (64-bit).

I've found recently that my tiddlywiki file, named prog.html, was saved by savetiddlers as prog.txt. Why?

I have the same problem too . There was a problem after chrome upgrade(78.0.)

Fix seems to work for Firefox but not for Chrome. I still get:
