loss of last save
If a user quickly saves a tiddler with changes in while a save is in progress it will not be saved and the 'dirty status' with be cleare.
this is due to the debouncing.
Ether the start time needs to be set to disallow only for a small timeframe (1 sec?) rather than the whole download or set a new bit that will flag that the reload is needed
