I've seen similar issue after some resizing operations. But it's hard to reproduce. Do you know exact scenario?

@buggins I'm using Ubuntu with unity, and I reproduced this bug after changing the virtual screen

I saw the same behavior on Windows. Just don't remember scenario.

Аналогичная ерунда вылезла под Windows при создании нового пакета free space

Its reprodused by open project->close project->open project again And reprodused on Windows and linux. On Mac i didn't try.
