Getting an issue while trying to install on sierra

i have followed the instructions on your readme file, even cleaned the caches and can't install.Any ideas? thanks in advance) Konstantinos

Hello, sorry for the late response but i was a but busy.Although i tried installing brew from a guide, it was unsuccessful to install the ide.Do you mind guiding me? Thanks in advance, Konstantinos
