how to copy a server's intput and output tcp streams and send the data file to the analysis server

I am new beginner for goreplay. I would like to copy a server's intput and output tcp streams and send the data file to the analysis server. Anyone cal tell me how to write the command, please?

Currently, I only can copy input/output stream into a file. e.g., sudo ./goreplay --input-raw-track-response --input-raw :9002 -output-file-append --output-file test%Y-%m-%d_%H_%M.gor
