Feature Request: Add "Has Banned Players" filter to demos list

Add a filter similar to the demo types and maps filters, which functions to only display demos which do or do not contain any banned players. By default this filter should be off (as it is right now, i.e. demos are displayed regardless of whether or not they have banned players), with options to display only demos with banned players, or only demos without banned players.

Theoretically this would be interesting in that you could see better stats against non-cheaters.

But I think there won't be any difference since:

• some start cheating after playing against you
• there can be cheaters in your team too (carrying you)
• there are games where the cheaters are not banned yet
