Added bit.ly functionality to Official Twitter

Running this on www.thebeautifullandscape.com Now uses bit.ly to shorten page urls in tweets. The counter still works as it searches for the full url not the short url.

Admin must create a bit.ly account to generate a token and paste it in the global config for the official twitter.
