Files outside directory won't work

Hi,

I have a short question: So basically I have a folder structure with "[root]/some/proto" So on root lays my buf config. When I cd "root/some/proto" and try to run "buf generate --path ../../buf.yaml" It says "Failure: read buf.gen.yaml: file does not exist" Why is that the case? Since "buf lint --config ....\buf.yaml" works perfectly fine

My platform is "windows 11" Version of bug-cli: "1.32.1"
