Publish latest version of this crate

The version of skeptic that is on the default branch, uses cargo_metadata 0.15. This avoids a potential issue where skeptic depends on cargo_metadata 0.14 which optionally depends on deriver_builder 0.9, which in turn optionally depends on skeptic.
