[🐛 Bug ]: Adb fails to connect with Genymotion SAAS

Expected behaviour

gmsaas instances adbconnect should work for Genymotion instances.

Actual behaviour

We're seeing errors of the form Command output: adb: device 'localhost:12345' not found with gmsaas instances adbconnect, and per Genymotion support, the fix is probably to upgrade GMSAAS_CLI_VERSION. I submitted #540 to do so already. I can provide more details if it would be helpful.
