I cant get the full android emulator when i open localhost:6080

Can anyone help me i have asked this question in the chat also, but when i run localhost:6080 it doesn't look like i have a android emulator. How come

Did you try running the emulator from "Terminal Emulator"? Check if you meet the requirements to run the emulator.

Once i encountering the same problem when using docker for windows, turns out im using hyper v over linux for the docker engine itself
