Merge the DGS data into the overall BDG dataset using the standard data format

The DGS data has been simply dumped in the raw data folder

  • Modify the DGS meta and temp files to match the format of the rest of the BDG
  • Change each building name to an UID that uses the existing "HumanName_PrimaryUse" schema
  • Merge the data sets and clean up the repository
