I'd really love to see this happen, we've got our site set up so that moderators can edit all users' activity posts on the front-end, we'd be over the moon it if they could do the same for comments.

@amincdev @mehulkaklotar @chetansatasiya do you know if/when this is likely to be accepted and released?
