Wrong audio syncing when used NetRender

Description of error reported on FB by Stephen I'm putting together the details for a major bug for v 2.27 that involves audio syncing and Netrendering. It's heavily affected the last two videos I've done with audio syncing and Netrenders. In each time, several of the clients are not adding the parameters of the audio syncing to their frames, and when you play back all the frames, it's choppy and disjointed, because only the server produced frames that had the audio syncing. I've had to delete out two entire renders, and go back and re-render them using individual computers, because it was too hard to go through the frames one by one. Also, and probably related, many times the very first frame send to the clients was missing the audio syncing. This happens almost whenever things are stopped and then started again: the first frame of the clients will miss the audio syncing.

@paigan0 on FB you wrote that audio files are stored on network drives. Maybe this create the issue. Have you tried to store audio file on local harddrive on the server? The audio files and textures are automatically transferred to the clients.
