disable option for automatic light intensity calculation when repositioning

I am not sure if there is already a way ? Gary Webb wrote Is there a reason light intensity values keep changing on their own, without any input from the user? It is slightly irritating to have to keep changing them back, or to render a scene only to discover a light has reduced its intensity to a tiny amount. Also, is there a reason each light seems to have different default values?

There will be a way. By default intensity will not be calculated automatically. There will be Auto button which will calculate this value. I'm going to implement it in 2.27
