The `Reporting a block found in polling that the wallet apparently never reported` is just a message that needs to be surpressed during initial sync. Not sure about other stuff....

One thing that's important to keep in mind is that the UI **must** degrade gracefully when we don't have access to fiat exchange rates, which come from a third-party service....

I think I've addressed everything except for @martonp's POLY find. I've got that done locally and I'll push it soon.
