As far as I know it is possible to get some additional information about the image by "reading" the exif data https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.exif-read-data.php.

It is possible to get the time / hours ago the image was "found" by Google. I think that's what Google is showing the moment you are searching based on time. Not sure.
