Question: Can this project be leveraged for a simple Timeseries/ Energy for predicting appliance usage based on existing data?

Hi there, I know it’s an old project but hoping for a response here! I have a time series - energy consumption data for whole house in 15 minute intervals like this :

12:00AM, 3.5 12:15AM, 3.6

Is there a way to use this data to predict different appliances and their usage using this project as a base? Any guidance? Thanks!
