Using the default install the script was placed into "/usr/local/share/man/man3/" instead of something like "/usr/local/bin".

I install pgsi and when I did the command: $ perl /usr/local/share/man/man3/pgsi.pl --help It just hung perl v5.10.1 Red Hat 4.4.4-13
