Cloudfront is blocking new_version_cp

Trying to check for a new_version_cp results in an error. Cloudfront is blocking the request from perl

I can't seem to access https://bucardo.org/check_postgres/latest_version.txt. It's been like this for over 4 hours. Cloudflare's response:

Hmmm, looking into this further, at the top of Burcardo.org, Cloudflare inserted a header that says, "This website bucardo.org/ is currently offline." Could someone look into this? Thanks for all your efforts!!!
