The option to export multiple selected trophies to a USB drive doesn't work. The app crashes.

it's probably an issue with your setup, this was tested again and confirmed to be working on the latest 2.2.0 version.

You might have broken trophy-sets or dangling files, you should provide debug logs to properly analyze the issue. (Settings -> Enable debug logs -> then try again and submit the logs if you get a crash)
